Mondays and Wednesdays - 8.30-10.0pm

Griffith's is an easy to learn self Defence program, covers stick defence, knife defence and gun defence. Students learn to escape from bear hug, strangles, wrist grabs, head locks and more.
Students will also cover grappling sparring and bag work.
Self defence helps Improve your fitness, burn off calories, tone muscle, gain flexibility and strength, while learning an extremely effective self-defence system.
