Hertfordshire Ninjutsu offers classes for all ages, from children age 9 to 15 and adults aged 16 and above. Our schools are an up-lifting place that you can spend time with friends who share your commitment to personal advancement.Children will learn traditional and modern Ninjutsu techniques that will keep them physically fit and healthy, basic meditation to help develop their concentration and most importantly a strong spirit to help them deal with bullies without fighting.Adults classesare designed to help give you the confidence and security to be the person you always wanted to be.Learning to set your own goals and very importantly learning to stay focused to achieve them, you will unleash your potential!The adults are taught Traditional and Modern Ninjutsu where you will learn realistic self-defense techniques that help you deal with stress and crisis situations (armed and unarmed).
