Training takes place on
Mondays and Wednesdays between 6.30pm and 8pm
in the main hall at Grange Junior School. Parking is available on site.

We train men, women and children from the age of 6 upwards. Our club is affiliated with the English Contact Karate Association (www.ecka.co.uk) and both instructors hold 1st Dan Black Belts, First Aid qualifications and are fully insured.
Both instructors also hold personal fitness training and stability ball qualifications Each class consists of fitness training, techniques, padwork and sparring and follows a ten grade syllabus to Black belt. This will typically take around 4 to 4 1/2 years.
ECKA hold regular national and regional competitions in which we expect our students to either attend as spectators or take part in.
ECKA also runs an annual summer training camp where we can train with other clubs and meet other students.
