Tuesdays 7pm-8:30

The Krav Maga Combat Academy is committed to providing a
friendly and safe environment for adults of all ages and fitness levels to
learn real world self defence skills. The atmosphere is very informal with no
student hierarchy or belt system. We dont hit each other, although sparing is
an option at a later stage. We provide you with the skills to defend yourself
and your loved ones from the bad people in society and improve your fitness and
self confidence at the same time. All you need are a pair of trainers and a
bottle of water.
There are no rules on the street so there are none in Krav
Maga. We train to defend ourselves against armed assault from multiple attackers.
Our aim is to
make you as effective as possible as quickly as possible this is the purpose of
Krav maga.
