Wednesday classes are for both children and adults and we have several family groups (price discounts for siblings and families - 3.50 for one, 6.00 for two, 7.50 for three etc). Monday classes are split between the kids and adults, although more experienced juniors are welcome to join in with the senior session.
Kyokushin Karate is world renowned as 'the strongest karate'. Classes consist of general fitness work, technical work, punchbags and focus pads, sparring and self defence. We place alot of emphasis on fighting and are one of the few styles to compete in full-contact competitions. We train hard, we fight hard! OSU!
