Open 7 days a week for Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Kobudo and Self-Defence. W have a full time Martial Arts Centre with over 100 sq Foot mat space and seperate dojo for Private training.

Soke Cheek (10th Dan Jiu Jitsu / 7th Dan Judo) has been involved in the martial arts for over forty years, and is one of the foremost teachers in the world today.

He has taught in over thirty countries worldwide, and has received recognition as a top master in many countries, including Japan.
With over three hundred trophies and medals from competitions at local, national and international, Bryan has a proven track record not only on a personal basis, but also through his many students. Bryan has students who have been training under him for over 20 years, and have achieved the rank of 5th degree black belt.
Renowned for his effective and powerful techniques, he was voted Best British Martial Arts Instructor 1994. He is also an official teacher to the Russian Tax Police, and has taught various security forces around the world. His ability to handle even the biggest of opponents has stunned students universally.}Whilst being regarded as a top martial arts instructor, he also has a special skill in teaching children. Bryan is also much in demand throughout the world teaching seminars for all categories of students.
Soke Cheeks aim is to promote and develop all martial arts worldwide, without the political pressures that tend to cloud the training of serious martial artists.
Bryan teaches as a full-time professional at his London-based dojos.
