Welcome to Mushin School of Karate,

We are a friendly, traditional Karate school specialising in Karate for self defence, fitness, self confidence, discipline along with physical and mental strength. We will ensure that each individual reaches their maximum potential, working at their individual pace. We also offer separate adult Karate and/or Adult/women's only self defence.

All our classes are Pay As You Go and we do not have any membership fees, allowing you the freedom to pay as you train, at any of our clubs, any day (N18, N9 & EN2).

We are accredited by the Enfield council 'Everybody Active Mark' and the Children's University scheme.

We have both female and male instructors who are all fully insured, enhanced CRB checked and certified in Child Protection and First Aid.
