We offer practical classes in Submission Grappling, Judo, Newaza and Self-Defence.
Our head instructor is a 3 time national Newaza (Judo-Grappling) champion and is also a multiple Black Belt holder. At present we have 4 different national medallists in 4 different weight classes.
We practice Throws, Take downs, Locks andChokes (over 14 only). We also have specialist Striking classes were you can use stand up techniques (Boxing and Wing Chun) in addition to your throws and submissions (no strikes on the ground).
