We have a monthly instructor workshop for Level one instructors and senior Kyu grades, this includes pressure testing, sparring and 'higher' level techniques.

We are a rapidly expanding Self-Defence group, it is our aim to teach not only effective Self-Defence techniques and Traditional Martial Arts but also avoidance techniques and aggresion avoidance.

These partnerships ensure that our syllabus is constantly changed to ensure that it is honest and effective in 'real' situations. We teach a wide varity of traditional arts including Judo, Boxing and BASIC Wing Chun applications. We also teach Self-Defence (obviously) and this is a combination of the above arts as well as input from 'practical' techniques.
Your first lesson is free and we have one of the lowest priced student insurance policies.
We also offer Private 1-1 classes, intensive self-defence workshops as well as instructor training courses (novie and existing Martial Artisits). We also offer a 'supporting body' for all Instructors / clubs who wish to use their art for Self-Defence / Street application, but are'nt permited to by their own Governing Body.
