Based on one of the UK's leading martial arts, we have a dual purpose; to teach you kickboxing and to improve your fitness. Our syllabus is built around both competition and self defence, covering open and closed hand techniques as well as kicks, knee stricks and elbow strikes. We run classes for juniors and adults of all ages, experience and fitness levels.
