We run Tae Kwon-Do ITF for children from 6years to 16 years. Tae Kwon-Do is great for all ages but at present we only cater for children to give them a good standing in Martial Arts, it give great confidence and self esteem for shy children and they soon come out of their shell. Our lessons are fun but educational and we go at the individuals pace, no one is left out.
We teach American Kenpo from 13 years to Adult as we feel this is a more attractive Art for Adults of all ages which cater for the ultimate in self defence. Kenpo is steeped in tradition but with a modern twist, all classes are informative and give the individual great confidence. Classes are set at an easy pace which is excellent for both men and women.
