We train twice a week on tuesdays and thursdays. Junior class includes the 'Warriors Life Class' and starts at 6pm and finishes at 7.30pm The Adults class starts at 7.30pm and ends at 9.30pm. We take new starters all the time and we have many senior students to help with the classes. First class is free and you are allowed to watch.

We are hard workers and expect anyone to join the club to respect that. Try your best, do not fail by saying you cannot do something before you try it.
