The club caters for all levels of fitness and ability: the classes
are suitable for both men and women, and beginners are always welcome!

The
club is committed to creating a safe and relaxed environment in which
everyone can practice and enjoy martial arts, and get a chance to
socialise with new people.
Most of the training is
light to semi-contact. Protective equipment and insurance are required
and can be purchased from the club.
The club offers
grading assessment to those wishing to progress through the different
belts. There is also the opportunity to enter into competitions
throughout the year.
