From Strood Follow sign posts on A226 (Gravesend Road) opposite Strood Sports Centre off the A2 London Road. Head towards Gravesend town centre. At the clock tower follow the right hand lane (Queen Street) and left into Brewhouse Yard. Parking can be found in the large carpark a little further down Queen Street.
All our fully qualified instructors are Police checked and have First Aid qualifications for your safety.We are a full time school with excellent training facilities.Wehave specialised children's programmes as well as a fantastic family atmosphere.
For adults we offer a complete martial arts workout designed to increase your overall fitness and sense of confidence.
