International Sankukai Ryu Karate Do Federation (ISKF)

ISKF is a South African based Karate organization originating from
the Japanese art of Karate known as Shito Ryu. The Chief Instructor of ISKF is
Shihan (Master) Barry Strannack, who is currently an 8th Dan and
living in South Africa.

Rob Landau is currently a 5th Dan in ISKF and has just
completed the advanced technical training course in South Africa with Shihan
Strannack. Having been under his instruction since 1974, he has now been
elected by the ISKF as the Chief Instructor for England. He achieved his 1stDan in 1979, 2nd Dan in 2003, 3rd Dan in 2009 4thDan in February 2012 and 5th Dan in February 2015. He has succeeded
at international tournaments in Zimbabwe and U.S.A. and recently won the Black
Belt Inc. British Championship in 2011, and Britiash International in 2015.

ISKF offers a traditional, authentic, as well as a technical Karate
experience. Included in the training is technique fitness training and
practical fighting applications. The principle part of this form of Karate is
speed, relaxation and penetration of technique, while enhancing efficiency and
fluidity of movement. Much emphasis is
now placed on "randori, or free fighting, to enhance the skills for
competition and tournament purposes.

Rob is currently teaching ISKF in Tonbridge,Kent at Lamberts Yard
Scout Hall and at The 7th Tonbridge Sea Scout (Weir View) Hall.
