All levels are welcome,the karate kick-box is open to all fitness levels & styles & is very informal.
Martial arts are expertly taught by sensi Roy Stuart 4th dan shotokan, 1st dan kempo jit-su with over 17 years experience. Clubs are insured & recognised by NAKMAS national governing body.
