CKM is the close combat system of the Israeli special forces and was only introduced to the UK recently.
The system is quick and easy to learn and deals with knife threats, gun hold ups, defences against kicks and punches, ground survival, multiple attackers and much more.
Training is conducted in a friendly relxed atmosphere.
