Pyramid Martial Arts is run by Instructors Jamie Wood and Matt Milchard, with a combined experience of over 40 years training in multiple styles and competing internationally at World Championship level. In addition to a fully equipped and matted Dojo, the club offers a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, with regular new classes, fitness programs and life coaching enabling you to develop both physically and mentally. Our classes are aimed at having fun while containing a high level of respect and discipline. Our classes run daily and includes freestyle sport Karate, kickboxing, MMA, self-defence, martial arts fitness/preparatory classes for 3-6-year olds, Pilates and Zumba. As well as our cutting edge syllabus and highly skilled instructors, the club carries full liability insurance and all instructors are CRB checked.
