Lessonsare based on real sreet senarious, e.g grabs from behind,bearhugs.strangle holds,headlocks,wrist grabs,punches,kicks,finger pointing, attacks with weapons, bats, sticks, knives.
Train under fully qualified self defence instructors,under the self defence federation uk Dave Turton head & members of cobra martial arts association, Andrew Morrel head.
