if you want to learn,how to defend yourself and your loved ones this is the club to train at.
no fancy footwork,just hard hitting techneques tht work on the streets today.
all equipment ,eg mats gloves,focus pads strike sheilds ,all at the clubs .
all our strikes,kicks,are tested on our redman suite, to make training as real as gets.
defending against attacks such as,strangle holds,side headlocks,front headlocks,punches,kicks,rear grabs,rear chokes,bat knife attacks,wrist locks,hair pulls,clothes grabs,ect.
if want to stand up to the bullies,if you dont want to be victim, then our clubs the one for you.
remember always walk tall and be confident in everything you do.
