Class sessions are Mondays 7.30pm to 9.30 pm and wednesdays 7.30 pm to 9.30pm
I have been actively involved in Karate and other disciplines since 1974 to this day and am a 5th Dan in Shotokan, 1st Dan in Zen Shin Ryu Karate and a 1st Dan in Kempo Karate
