Currently we are open Monday to Friday, daytimes are 12pm - 4pm for open training, anyone can come and use the gym. We are open evenings from 6pm - 10pm Monday to Friday, current shedule below:

Tuesday: Kickboxing 6.30 - 7.30pm Brazilian Jujitsu 7.45 - 915pm
Wednesday: SDF Combat Jujitsu 7.30 - 9.00pm
Thursday: Mixed Martial Arts beginners 6.30 - 7.30 full MMA 7.45 - 9.15pm
Friday: Brazilian Jujitsu 7.00 - 8.00 full MMA 8.00 - 9.00pm

Cage Steel Training Centre is a fully equiped modern Martial Arts gym, we have a training cage, boxing ring, punchbags and pads, weights and cardio equipment, male and female changing and shower facilities. All the coaches are experienced and fully qualified. At the moment we are a new gym (October 07) although the coaches have brought experienced students and fighters with them.
Everyone is welcome at all levels whatever your goals, beginners and experienced alike will all be respected and treated equally.
The gym is located in Dewsbury which is about 10 minutes from Junction 40 M1 and Junction 28 M62. Follow the ring road around Dewsbury (A638) take the B6409 Wilton street. Take the 2nd left onto Mill St East, follow for approx 1 mile where you will take a sharp right bend and over a bridge, we are on the left just after the bridge. There is a sign on the wall.
