We are freindly club, we teach aTaekwondo basedfreestyle martial art.
Our Little Dragons start from4yrs upto 6 years with a lot of focus on stranger danger, anti bullying ect... in general whats going on around themand how to deal with trouble without having to fight.
Our Junior classes start from 7yrs upto 12 yrs with the samefocusas Little dragons as well as peer pressureand a lot more techneque's to enable them to defend themselves in the street should they need to.
Our Adult classes start from 13 yrs upward, these are designed toboost fitness and self confidence aswell as helping with weight loss andteaching you how to defend yourself in the street.
Our Commando Krav Magaclasses are designed and used by Isreali special forces they are specificaly designed for any kind of attacks which includes gang attacks, knife attacks, gun attacks or any other weaponyou can think of, this fighting system is tried and tested everyday in some of the most hostile enviroments in the world.
