8pm Wednesday and 12pm Saturday - gradings approx every 3 months. 4.00 per lesson

Our style is a mixture of modern and traditional techniques incorporating strikes,throws, joint locks,chokes and a comprehensive ground work system which makes it ideal for self defence.
If you are over 14 years of age you are eligible to join our club.We welcome newcomers and have lots to offer more experienced students. Contact me by phone/e-mail or just turn up on the night in Trackie bottoms and T shirt.
