The gym is next to St Aloysius church on Twig Lane, it is primarily the ABC gym for Huyton.
Thai Boxing classes are on Mondays and Thursdays 8:00pm till 9:30pm.
Classes cost 3, and we work on a pay as you train, no memberships!
All levels of experience and fitness are welcome, and we provide gloves and other equipment, so just bring yourself!!
