Kokoro Aikido currently train every Monday 7pm - 9pm.
Kokoro Aikido accepts children age 10 upwards and offers anti bullying practice by improving confidence, self reliance, respect and awareness of personal responsibility. Chief instructor has nearly 50 years of martial arts experience. DBS certified and works within the education framework dealing with behaviour related issues.
