Its is easy to find the hall. Travelling round the one system in Ormskirk until Morrisons is on your left and Argos is on your right, carry on to the top of the hill and turn left into the Church Yard, New Church House is situated opposite the Church.

Lau Gar Kuen is a southern style of chinese boxing. Its roots lay firmly with the shaolin temple and it specialises in short range striking techniques coupled with low kicks which is typical of many southern styles. During training practice includes forms and syllabus work, fitness, flexibility, strength and conditioning practice. Some sparring is included as experience grows.
Practical self defence applications of traditional movements and more modern applications are also taught to make the sytem complete.
