Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. First lesson is always free at Shinsei. Kids welcome aged 5 upwards for Katrate, 10 upwards for Kickboxing. We particularly encourage adults, no matter what age, to join in. Ladies and Gents should give it a try!
