We hold 3 training sessions a week two of a evening and one on a Sunday .You can also book private sessions 6 people maximum which can booked to suit your busy schedule please contact us for more details.

You can tailor your training which ever way you want . Which mean's you can learn just thai boxing on it's own we also teach grappling or you can learn are hybrid system which is a mixture of thai boxing, judo, ju jitsu and wrestling combined.
