The club trains -
Mondays and Thursdays 6.30pm-8pm
Additional training available.
We train in the main building in the center of Ryelands Park, Lancaster, just opposite Skerton Hgh School and Our Ladies High School.
The club is the areas leading martial arts club dedicated to kids.
Established back in 1983 and with three of the areas highest ranked black belt instructors they have over 50years teaching experience between them.
