Students are encouraged to take part in as many classes as they can to encourage
their understanding of Muay Thai and its culture.Training is safe and
fun without losing the quality instruction that Karl Kilbride is known for. We
include a variation of classes helping develop all aspects of your child's
learning, such as:Muay Thai for FitnessMuay Thai Grading held
every 3 monthsStudents are never left unchallenged and we work hard to
help them achieve their goalsOur follow up service helps them
participate and grow in areas that they mostly find interesting, assisting them
on every aspect throughout their journey with us.
Monday - 5:45pm - 6:45pmWednesday - 5:45pm - 6:45pmAdults/AdvancedThese classes are suitable for the experienced fighter and students will
progress to these classes when they have learnt the basic skills taught in the
beginner/intermediate classes. These no-nonsense classes will push you to your
limits, motivate you to train harder 100% effort is expected at all times in
return for 100% commitment and motivation from your trainers.

2:00pm Womens ClassMuay Thai training is an outstandingly effective workout system for burning
calories and developing a well toned and younger looking body not to mention
keeping fit and feeling energised. There is little doubt that Muay Thai is an
excellent and highly enjoyable way to improve aerobic and anaerobic fitness by
working all the muscle groups and, thereby, help create attractive body shape
and muscle tone.Additionally, Muay Thai exercises and fitness training
deliver a practical and potentially life-saving benefit. Whilst you are getting
all the cardiovascular benefits, you will also learn techniques that will build
your confidence and improve your ability to avoid - and deal with - physical
confrontations. Unlike some martial arts that have evolved into safe
low-contact sports, Muay Thai training is an explosive, high impact training
system even if you do not engage in actual ring combat. For this reason, it is
ideally suited towards female (and indeed, male) self- protection. Although
there are numerous techniques that can be learnt, the core Muay Thai moves are
simple and when combined appropriately, become devastatingly effective at all

to suit all ages, sizes and gender catering from the absolute beginner to the
more experienced fighters. Our members enjoy the benefits of internationally
recognised trainers who deliver first class training and 100% commitment to

February we will be starting adult beginners/intermediate classes and Ladies
only classes.
