My fitness ground is located at a public Park, named Sefton Park in Liverpool. It is cental to Allerton, Aigburth, Mossley Hill, Wavertree and Toxteth. I train in a quiet area of the park and it has free parking... I train in the open air, rain, wind and cold.

Private Sessions can be arranged so can accommodation if coming from afar.

My arts are constantly developing. I'm aged 40 and been at it through thick and thin in my life. Martial Arts have got me through hell.
My sessions are max interval intensive and quite unique. I have the experience of Twenty years under my belt, so time served.
