opening times are from 6 till 9 monday to friday 10 till 1 saturdays all other times by appointment ie one on one etc if you need directions please fell free to contact us and we will point the way............

we except students from the age of 5 with our little tigers class , we have adult only classes, women only kick boxing for fitness classes , family classes ,compatition work , free courses , pay as you train or monthly for the more serious students, we also have a self protection only classes . We are also able to offer our trikz and kickz for those wanting to throw there selves around or do musical forms and all this runs along side our traditional karate both japanese and korean classes we also have our free style kick boxing so as you can see we try to give it you all come take a look first lesson is FREE no strings and no hard sell ...... hope to see ya there
