We are open Saturday mornings from 10.30am for family / mixed aged classes followed by adult classes.

Thursday evenings family / mixed age from 6.30pm, followed by adult classes.

We also have classes in Irby on Tuesday evening from 6.30pm

All our classes are suitable for complete beginners as well as advanced martial artists as we have several instructors at each class and students are grouped appropriately.

We all hold ITF qualifications so if you join us you will be doing ITF taekwon-do, not just 'ITF style' which may not be authentic. We are recognised by the ITF under plaque number 7235. Our instructors are highly experienced and all have CRB/DBS clearance and full insurance. We hold Sport England 'Clubmark' accreditation for ethical standards in coaching and club management.

Two of our instructors have competed Internationally at ITF World & European Championships winning Gold and silver medals, and so are well placed to prepare students for competition should they wish.

Our senior Instructor has been trained and graded by Grand Master Rhee Ki Ha and has trained under the founder General Choi Hong Hi. Our standards cannot be surpassed
