Location : the Academy is on the High Street in Leicester City Centre, opposite the High Cross Shopping centre, directly opposite the Litten Tree Pub, and next to "USA Nails"
Our classes for beginners are a mix men and women is it s freindlyenvironment, classes aredesigned to make learning really easy.
We understand that most adults are worried about their level of fitness, so students proceed at their own rate.
Our kids classes are great for improving confidence and self esteem whislt learning great self defence.
