We are based above Fitness Finesse Health club on the corner of Lonsdale Street. Just past the KC Staduim if you are coming from the town centre. Classes are held mainly on an evening and a weekend. Personal training takes part during the day. Please ring for a up to date timetable.

Art of Fitness is a family run club aimed at families as well as indiviuals. We take children on from 4/5 years old (at instructors discression). We have classes where families can train together as well as adult only classes. The club has6 dan grades who teach, all offering quality instruction and their own uniquestyle. Although we are traditional trained in Ju-Jitsu our style incorporates some Kung Fu, Tai chi, Kali and silat.
We are opento new techniques and training systems and welcome like minded people. We beleive a martial art should be complete and practical so you will be taught how to fight and defend from standing as well as from the ground. You will be shown how to defend from knife attacksas well as other weapons.
