Saturdays - Fighter training (By Appointment)
Kru Leigh Edlin is trained by Chief instructor Kru Shaun Boland andis the current WMTOMidlands area middleweight champion
Both modern and traditional methods of Muay Thai (Thai boxing) are taught.
Training is for fitness, self-confidence and self-defence.
Fighter training is also provided for those who wish to compete at all levels (Amateur, professional)
