Thursdays 8pm - 9pm mixed ability class - Deeping Leisure Centre, Market Deeping

Deeping Karate Club
We are a long established family-friendly club - Karate has something for everyone! We understand this and offer traditional training with practical use for fitness, self defence and confidence building too.
Shotokan Karate is known for building strength and power as well as building self-discipline. It's ideal for all ages and abilities.
We have full CRB checks, a child protection policy and Instructor Martin Gadd 3rd Dan has 18 years experience of instructing.
We are very proud to be a part of KASKA, the Katsu Academy of Shotokan Karate which is headed by the well-known and extremely popular Sensei R.G. Reid 5th Dan.
