Monday 6-7pm mixed class all ability's most adults stay for an additional 30 minutes training.
we are a small club studying traditional shukokai karate with summer courses and competitions.classes are 3 per session with no club membership fee, although there is a 15 yearly membership fee to the English Karate organisation
