Also learn traditional weapons such as sword, staff, chain as well as knife and gun disarming techniques. Excellent for self defence as technqiues are simple and devestating effective! Also improves your health and fitness with chi-kung exercises and meditation. Develops confidence, awareness and an understanding of real personal safety.
