We offer training in semi contact and full contact, ground fighting, weapons and self defence training. With regular gradings and national competitions. All of our instructors are fully qualified and have over 76 years of experience in coaching and compatition.
We take students from age 6 and above.
All you need is loose fitting clothing and we take care of the rest, its that simple.
