Our school practices the small frame, small circle version of the Yang Cheng Fu style. Alongside tai chi we offer baguazhang, chin na, shuai jiao and weapons.
Neigong involves the cultivation of an unusual kind of physical strength which can be used in self defence and everyday life.
The aim of self defence is to escape from violence without injury. We teach students how to respond calmly and instinctively, without aggression or force.
