Tuesdays: Kids- 7-8p.m. Adults- 8-10p.m. Kickboxing/Freestyle Karate.
Alternate Thursdays: Kids- 6.30-7.30p.m. Adults- 7.30-9.30p.m. Kickboxing/Judo/Defence work.
We are members of Goshin Ryu International. Fully Insured.
We are an open minded club and accept students from any Martial Arts background. We do not claim to be better than anyone and will train with you whether you are a beginner or Master.
