6pm - 7pm Warrior class
7pm - 8pm Senior class
We train in the Korean karate style of Tang Soo Do.
Our club has male and female instructors with the Chief Instructor , Mrs. Mo Lawson,holding the rank of 4th Dan Master Grade.
L-N TSD is registered with N.A.K.M.A.S and has Dan grade Instructors registered with them.
We all haveFirst Aid Certificates andEnhanced Disclosures with the CRB.
