opening times are mon-friday ~ 10-30 am til 8-30 pm
various classes are offered in jeet kune do, mma, sayoc kali, inosanto kali, kickboxing, brazillian jiu jitsu and submission wrestling and silat.
self defence classes are also taughtas well as kids classes.
all are welcome from beginner to advanced from. age 5 upwards.mick is a full instructor under sifu larry hartsell, original bruce lee student and continues to head the jkd grappling assocciation uk.
private tuition is also offered as well as seminars.
