The centre operates 7 days a week starting at 9.30am to 8pm.

Professional MMA cage fight Chris Whitehead, Nick Maskery 5th Dan Taekwondo and 2nd Dan Hapkido.The centre has a massive fully matted area with over 135 jigsaw matts laid out. It also has mirrors, speed ball, kick bags, Free-dtanding kickbags, Thai-pads, strike sheilds, focus mits, and kicking paddels.The centre also has a reception, with a viewing area, plasma tv with Nintendo wii. Vending machines, nail bar, Theraputic room, offering aromathearpy, Indian head massage, reiki and shiatsu, plus spray tan, and also a statte of the art stand up sun bed.the centre also has a shop containing all the latest fashions, suits and accessories for all your Martial Art needs from famous brands such as Kwon, Adidas, Cage Steel plus our very own brand Mu-sa. Also there is our Mu-sa warehouse on site making sure that we never run out of stock
