Carlton Bolling College 6.00-8.00pm girls aged 5+

Thursday:
Asian Disability Network (Girlington Community
Centre, BD8) 6.00-8.00pm for deaf children

Fridays:
Girlington Community Centre 6.00-7.00 Girls 5+yrs
followed by women class 7.00 - 8.30pm

Sundays:
Girlington Community Centre 12.00 - 2.00pm Ladies
Girlington Community Centre 2.30-3.30 girls/boys
followed by mixed class (men/women) 3.30-5.30pm

Sensei Mumtaz Khan is a Technical Officer with the World Ju-Jitsu Federation and has been involved in martial arts for the past 12 years.

The club is run from various locations and adopts an equal opportunities policy.

Everyone is treated with the same respect regardless of age, gender, fitness levels, religion, status, sexual orientation, or disability.

The clubs grade every 3/4 months.
