Monday 8pm to 9pm for children or 8pm to 10pm if they would like to train longer but they will need parental permission first.
Every other friday until further time as when it will be every friday as well as monday.

We also teach sefl defence with weapons, i.e, stick fighting
We are looking to take students to competetitions with other clubs.
