Tang Soo Do is a traditional Korean Martial Art thatconcentrates onmental and physical training. Classes involve the development of co-ordination, dynamic mobility & spacial awareness through the applications of Jaseh (Stances), Hyung (Forms), Ho Sin Sool (Self Defence),Soo Gi (Hand Techniques) & Jok Gi (Foot Techniques). All these techniques are thenpracticed in Sparring.
