Kids classes- Sunday 2:30pm-4pm
Adult classes- Sunday 6pm-8:30pm -Monday 7pm - 10pm
Tai Chi Sunday 4pm-5:30pm
Based upon the principles of internal & external martial arts we think we have got the total martial art package. We can also offer Reiki healing, aroma therepy and massage. We train in both hand to hand combat that has been tested on the doors, and also weapons combat and training. We are affilliated to the FAO of GB and all our instructors are police checked (for the kids classes), have both profesanel indemity and 3rd party liability insurance.
